Information we collect

When you sign in, Hamilton receives the account identifier and email address needed to maintain your membership and listening access. Hamilton also stores your selected editions and listening position. Standard hosting logs may include technical information such as browser type, approximate location, and network address.

How we use it

We use this information to provide the service, verify membership, preserve listening progress, and respond to support requests. We do not sell your personal information.

Payments and service providers

Stripe processes subscriptions and payment information. Hamilton stores the Stripe customer reference needed to verify access, but does not receive or store your complete card number. OpenAI provides account sign-in, and Cloudflare hosts the website and application data.

Your choices

You can manage or cancel billing through the Stripe customer portal. To request access to or deletion of Hamilton account data, email hello@hamiltonknows.com.
